User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and complying with the laws and regulations of the Cayman Islands.
When using Quick Pay, please ensure to input the correct amount. Overpayments will either be applied to your next payment or refunded upon request.
Payment and Billing
Minimum lease period is 3 months. Payment terms are as follows:
- 3 Month Lease: KYD$550 per month
- 6 Month Lease: KYD$525 per month
- 12 Month Lease: KYD$500 per month
- We can accommodate daily rates and leases below 3 months depending on availability. Please inquire if you require a daily rate.
- Security Deposit: KYD$400 per lease
- Additional Insurance Premium: Depending on insurer's criteria
Payment is due on the lease start date, and subsequent monthly payments are due on the same day each month. Automated payments will be deducted on the lease start date each month until lease termination or cancellation.
